This beautiful single malt whisky has been maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels. While quietly ageing in their seaside bond store in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish. Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky-smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.

Multi award-winning The Source Gin is shaped by the four seasons that sweep through New Zealand's Cardrona Valley in the Southern Alps. Locally foraged rosehip forms a natural matrix alongside classic juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, and fresh lemon and orange zest, all vapour-distilled into a Cardrona's Single Malt Spirit. Non-chill filtered to preserve full flavour and character, the spirit may gently cloud when cold or diluted - an unmistakable mark of distinction that reflects the purity, depth, and craftsmanship of this very special drop.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using native Manuka wood and distilled through Thomson's copper pot stills. Natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, Manuka oils.

Two types of cask are used for the maturation of this blended whisky: European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine, and American white oak used exclusively for whisky. Sea air, caramelised fruits, red berries, apricot, spice.
