KI NO BI (The Beauty of the Seasons) is inspired by tradition and is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto. This gin is made in a recognisably dry style, but with a distinct Japanese accent.

The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt. Our skilled whisky making team optimise the right mix of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to take centre stage while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar backdrop.

Two oaks, creating the perfect harmony within one exceptional single malt whisky. Macallan Double Cask whiskies are aged in two types of oak, in specially selected hand-crafted casks seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. American oak imparts delicate flavours of vanilla, citrus and butterscotch. European oak delivers the unmistakable subtle spice of The Macallan. Once matured, two exceptional whiskies unite to create a distinctive single malt with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

The 2023 Edition explores dynamic, multisensory dimensions inspired by the whisky's unique tasting notes, while the addition of 'one cut' of water opens up a new, sensorial world from pear to almond biscotti. This high strength release demonstrates The Macallan's ongoing quest to seek out the extraordinary.

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations. This release embraces the re-use of natural materials in its packaging, discarded meadow cuttings have been given new life in this presentation box and bottle labels. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team have taken inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create this distinctive expression, redolent of warm meadows and mature barley fields, with a rich, citrus scented finish, using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks. On the nose you'll find rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. The taste is characterised by rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almond and green tea.

Seven signature core gin aromatics have been artfully expanded with the addition of toasted hemp hearts and a glorious burst of citrus. Unique toasted New Zealand hemp hearts are combined with lashings of lemon peel to produce a beautifully balanced botanical gin with bursts of luscious citrus and distant lingering toasted notes.

Steeped in rich history, the Port of Ahuriri has long served the early whalers and fishermen from the 1830's and, with deep history, comes great stories of the liquid gold they drank. A perfectly balanced blend of molasses and sugar cane, Port O Ahuriri Golden Rum has notes of vanilla, stone fruits, toasted oak and a slight saltiness. A great sweet and round mouthfeel, this rum will keep you going back to your glass to smell, taste and dream. Aged in ex Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels.
