The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a limited edition single malt created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, inspired by the lush Scottish grasslands that connect generations. Crafted using a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks, it captures the essence of warm meadows and ripe barley fields with a vibrant, citrus-scented character. Aromas of orange, lemon, honeysuckle, and vanilla lead into a palate of rich oak, melon, almond, green tea, and soft scone notes. Elegant and expressive, it finishes long, sweet, and complex, evoking the serenity and vitality of nature in harmony.

A soft, smooth and mouth-filling texture, oaky-dry at first, brings out layers of richly fruity flavouring which a lusciously sweet taste of ripe green apple is enriched by exotic hints of grape spirit and sweet coconut.

Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky-smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.
