Glenfiddich's Malt Master Brian Kinsman travelled to Canada to meet a renowned winemaker in Niagara. There he learned how the grapes had to be picked by moonlight at -10ºC to produce the intensely sweet Icewine. Brian started experimenting with several French oak Icewine casks from the Canadian winery - only the rarer whiskies, those aged for 21 years, could cope with the extra Icewine intensity. The taste is a perfect combination of both pioneering liquids, the heightened candied sweets and oakiness of Glenfiddich are complemented by mouth-watering tropical fruit notes and a luscious sweetness from the unique Icewine cask finish.

Glenmorangie Original 12 Years Old is Glenmorangie's signature whisky reimagined, to make it more delicious than ever. Aged for a further two years, it is even smoother, creamier and more luscious than The Original 10YO. And so, this whisky catapults The Original's much-loved notes of orange, honey, vanilla and peach to a new pinnacle of flavour. The extra contact the whisky has with the wood, brings additional mellowness and depth to the whisky.

A fresh-faced, zesty whisky with a natural golden amber colour direct from the cask and as invigorating as the Orkney breeze. Crafted on the island of Jura, where whisky has been made since 1810, Jura 12YO reflects the distillery's enduring dedication to creating whiskies made for sharing. Distilled in exceptionally tall stills and matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks before an oloroso sherry finish, it showcases Jura's fruity, balanced house style. Inspired by the legendary phoenix said to rise from the smoky shores of Islay, Lagavulin Special Release 2022 is a natural cask strength whisky that amplifies the distillery's iconic peated character. Drawn from virgin oak and Lagavulin's smokiest reserves, it opens with a smooth, oily start that shines with sweet richness, before layers of lemony citrus and sea salt ignite an explosion of warming spice. As the palate deepens, the whisky grows increasingly dry and intensely smoky, unfolding into long waves of peat and spice that carry the spirit of Islay to soaring new heights.

The whisky has a powerful, peat-smoke aroma, and is described as being robustly full-bodied, well balanced, and smooth, with a slight sweetness on the palate. International Spirit ratings competitions have generally given Lagavulin's 16-year spirit extremely high scores.
