Wither Hills Organic Ben Morven Chardonnay presents an outstanding bouquet of limes, lemons, grapefruit and orange peel framed by sensuous coconut, toasted sweet almonds and chestnut with a mineral, flinty backbone of fine grained smoky cedar notes. With a rich soft silky, creamy palate with a gorgeous texture and a lively fresh long finish.

Just as the noble dragon, this Chardonnay soars with regal allure. Filled with opulent stonefruit and subtle oak, this wine captivates the senses with its soft, creamy texture. An elegant medium bodied wine that inspires reverence with each and every sip.

This unique Blanc de Noir was made from 100% Pinot noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. Ripe hand picked fruit and gentle winemaking have given a wonderfully balanced wine. The elegant champagne colour resulted from minimal skin contact prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of pear, stonefruit and pineapple with white peach, apricot and a touch of pink grapefruit on the palate. Best served slightly chilled.

This refreshing style Rose was made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown on our family owned vineyard. The vibrant pink colour resulted from a gentle whole bunch press. The juice was fermented in stainless steel to retain the varietal and fruit characteristics. The wine shows delightful aromas of strawberry, peach and blossom with an abundance of cranberry, peach and citrus on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.
