Shui Jing Fang has developed today into a top Baijiu brand in China expressing Chinese classical elegance displaying lingering dynastic charm, embodying the fine heritage of Chinese culture. On the interior surface of the bottom of the bottle which is concaved into a hexagon, are six intricate paintings of scenic spots in Chengdu.

Black Robin Gin is a contemporary London Dry gin that is inspired by the critically endangered Chatham Island's Black Robin. With every bottle sold Simply Pure make a donation to their charity partners to help them protect NZ's native species and wild places. Black Robin Gin is handcrafted and batch-distilled in a Arnold-Holstein copper reflux pot still by Master Distiller Michael Deinlein, who's family have been crafting alcoholic beverages since the 1930's. Using triple distilled whey as their base, they go on to distill Black Robin Gin a further two times with 11 traditional and exotic botanicals including locally sourced horopito. They then blend with pristine filtered spring water sourced from a sprung underneath our distillery in the hills above Tauranga.

Blue Duck Rare Vodka is handcrafted and batch-distilled using a copper Arnold-Holstein hybrid still in their base in the hills above Tauranga by Master Distiller Micheal Deinlein, who's family have been making alcoholic beverages since the 1930's. After a total of seven distillations, Simply Pure blend the distillate with filtered water sourced from a spring underneath their distillery resulting in our seriously smooth international award winning Blue Duck Vodka.
