Behemoth are suckers for throwing fruit into beer, and this series is their way of shining a big, juicy spotlight on one fruit at a time, then wrapping it all up in a mouth-puckering tart Sour Ale. For the fifth instalment, they're coming in hot with the ultimate summer icon: watermelon. REAL watermelon. No flavouring fakery, no shortcuts, no "natural essence of watermelon-ish" nonsense.
