This unique finishing process brings layers of dried fruit, rum raisin, vanilla, and warm allspice to its naturally rich character. Non chill filtered it delivers a smooth, creamy palate balanced by apricot, gentle spice, and lingering oak for a long, warming finish.

The citrus flavour is complemented by the malt.
