Based on a secret 1761 recipe, Bombay Sapphire gin is created by perfectly balancing a combination of ten hand-selected exotic botanicals from all corners of the world. The natural flavours of the botanicals are captured through a unique vapour infusion distillation process that results in the tantalising, smooth and complex taste that is Bombay Sapphire.

Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is a small-batch gin that celebrates Bombay's mastery of botanicals. This gin heroes one of Bombay's previous botanicals, the Murican lemon, delivering an extraordinary character with a symphony of citrus notes. This is not a lemon flavoured gin, but a celebration of lemon and citrus. The careful selection of the Murican lemon which is hand-harvested, hand-peeled and dried under the Spanish sun is overseen by Bombay's Master of Botanicals, Ivano Tonutti. This adds complexity and intense citrus notes with a long, refreshing finish.

Bombay Sapphire Sunset is our second limited edition expression inspired by the delicate warmth and golden orange flow of the setting sun. Bombay Sapphire Sunset adds Indian White Cardamom, Turmeric and Mercian Sun-dried mandarin peel to create a softly spiced flavour profile with a background hit of bittersweet citrus. Broken Heart is born from the memory of a beloved life lost. Two Germans who met in the South of New Zealand found friendship in one another, and bonded over the appreciation of creating fine spirits. After Bernd died, Joerg endeavoured to create a gin that captured the heart of those glory days, and henceforth came this finely balanced remedy for a broken heart.

A combination of two Kiwi icons: Sauvignon Blanc and Dancing Sands Dry Gin. State-of-the-art vacuum distillation means they are able to retain the complex flavours of the wine, while adding botanical sophistication from their Dry Gin. In deepest rural Ireland, on the edge of a lake in Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim, is home of The Shed Distillery and PJ Rigney. PJ created The Shed Distillery with its medieval copper pot stills and began a quest to fuse oriental botanicals with the local Irish ones. As it turned out, they got on very well indeed. The result of this passionate exploration is Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin - unique, extraordinary, and remarkable, all bottled and labelled by local hands at the distillery.

Our full-strength (40%) Raspberry gin is bursting with natural flavour from start to finish. It is distilled with five traditional gin botanicals and a combination of fresh Scottish raspberries and raspberry leaves to a create a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of flavour.

An Italian organic distilled gin made with botanicals and natural essential oils organic certified. The distillation takes place under vacuum at very low temperatures - a process which is the brilliant motor of this spirit - allowing a high concentration of totally natural aromas and perfumes. At the end, all the elements are blended with spring water from the Alps.

Fords Gin is a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford of The 86 Company. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords starts with a traditional base of juniper and coriander seed and is balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect, versatile base for any gin-inspired cocktail.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.
