Decadent DDH DIPA, dripping with harvest fresh Motueka, NZ Cascade and a very special secret sprinkle of brand new Hapi Research hop variety NZ02, delivers a ripe punch of passionfruit, lychee, lime and creamy peach.

The monster hop has taken a new form. The same all-star cast of New Zealand grown Nelson Sauvin and Rakau hops, now shrouded in haze. Juicy grapefruit, passionfruit and dank resin, fused in a swirling otherworldly Hazy IPA. The beast is back.

Wander into the woods. In the Pines - Pacific Northwest style IPA, dripping with Oregon grown Chinook, Cascade, Strata and a touch of Simcoe and finished with a shot of distilled Douglas Fir extract. The result is a bright golden IPA, with clean juicy grapefruit bitterness, drenched in spicy citrus, sticky sativa and misty Oregon old growth aromatics. Lose yourself in a forest of flavour.

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500s led to a moral panic, hops were described as 'a Wicked, & Pernicious Weed', feared to bring the downfall of civilized society. Thankfully, they were right.

A base red ale is brewed and then with a nod to an ancient brewing technique known as 'Stein Bier', the beer is passed through a giant hop back containing rocks, super heated in a hard Manuka wood fire to over 500c. Finally, the beer is given an additional pass through a hop back stuffed full of whole cone Nelson Sauvin. The end result is a beer with rich juicy jam and toffee sweetness from all those caramelised sugars, layered with distinctive lush hop aroma. An old world brewing technique meets new world hops.

Haters gonna hate. Riwaka Only Fans, an unapologetic showcase of one of New Zealand's most intense and distinctive hops. This dry hopped California style pilsner creates the perfect beer style for Riwaka to shine in its own unique way in a glorious blaze of vibrant lime, rich tropical fruit and that unmistakable hint of diesel kush. This one's for the fans.

A lucky few may have bumped into Snug in a bar, but such sightings have been few and far between. Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where Garage Project's spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.
